I'm glad you got it fixed alright, I confess the video title was a bit disappointing since I have one 07 Commander and I absolutely love thing, so for me it kind of sucks to hear about a fellow XK owner having trouble with theirs. I'm glad it wasn't anything serious I actually had similar problem a few months ago, during the winter which had some ridiculously cold days here in CT, but mine was actually the battery. I have a XJ which I was using it a lot for some reason, so the XK was sitting at the parking lot for a while, but as soon as I plugged the jumper it started right away, drove around for a bit and never had any problems since I also got the recall notification, but haven't got around taking it to the dealer yet Anyway, good job on the repair and thanks for the video instructions 👍

Dope color I was thinking something similar for my xB but I drunk ordered some chrome purple wrap for the roof so we'll see how that goes

Looks good on yours, but I like my custom white w/cobalt accents (bumpers, fender flairs, roof rails, rub rails, rock sliders, and all the bits n bobs on the hatch). I also painted the “Commander” white so it pops on the cobalt rail. Seeing your painted rain guards, I may do those; always wanted to, but thought it would mess them up.

Dude fk!! The tank looks so badass! Military green is perfect for the rig, that or military sand but the green looks more menacing! Your guy hit it out the park with the details, looks fkn flawless. Well the vid was worth the wait, and yes MGS is a classic game, still have my original copy!

I owned an 06 for 9 years. No cruise control...would have loved Maybe 20 more horse power. That's it. She was very reliable, comfortable, could seat 5 adults or carry moped, pit bikes, 2x8 sheets of plywood and more. It had a lot of cargo capacity for s car with such a small footprint. There was recently an 06 for sale near me with only 80k...they wanted $8k for it...if I had had the money, I probably would have bought it. Many of them went past 250k miles. Toyota really F'd up with the 2nd gen. Some xb owners replaced theirs with the Kia soul...but the soul just isn't as good a vehicle...the roof slopes down in the back, the hatch is smaller and Kia reliable is hit and miss. The first gen xb was fun, go-kart like, commuter car that could haul lots of stuff and be personalized in many different ways. I don't know why Toyota doesn't try to bring it back.

You can reach the clip from the engine bay easily if you go from above and behind the motor, just saw it today it made the unplug so much easier everyone! Especially if you are using ramps and can’t get in that far, still need to crawl to unscrew the part which is easy

I added the 90/125 pressure cut off switch and US quick connects, and a single hose to fill tires. Yes, I could do the 4 tire air up, but for $100 i was able to buy all the parts for the pressure switch, hose and air gun to air up and air down, the 4 tire system that i was looking at cost $160, that was just the hose hook up, i can walk around and do all 4. Plus i added a quick connect wiring harness that hooks into my winch harness so that i don't have to hook on to the battery.

Just did my whole car in 10 minutes. Thanks bruh

Should be noted: in the USA - GMRS requires a license from the FCC to transmit. It's $35 and is good for 10 years. Unlike ham radio, you do not have to pass a test to get one, it's simply an online application.

The Japanese bolt is posted in yellow zinc while the jeep commander bolt looks like hot dipped galvanized finish. Both finishes were meant to prevent bolts from rust
